Zero Stipulations, 100% success When we first saw Buryhill Farm, we assumed that being an old dairy farm, the change to equestrian use would be a simple process. However, we thought we should conduct a proper investigation and contacted RCC Town Planning Consultancy. Made the Appeal Process Simple and Effective Richard and his team at RCC Town planning acted for us to resubmit a planning application for holiday lets in place of a 5 bay new build stable block with planning permission. Unfortunately the application was refused by Wiltshire Council planners.

Little Room for the Council to Argue a Negative Outcome After doing a lot of research on planning consultants, we felt Richard Cosker and his team were best placed to help us achieve planning permission for our new build house.
It was a complicated application as the land was classed as agricultural with a Boarding Cattery business running on the site too.

Welfare of our Animals Tied up in the Success of the Applications Having bought the land and used it as an extension of our garden for well over 10 years without any concerns from neighbours or the council, we were quite shocked and upset to be facing a complaint earlier this year. With the welfare of our animals tied up in the success of the applications, the period was very stressful and emotional. Richard and Vicky led us through the process with great care and attention to detail and produced a very high quality set of applications based on sound arguments which was borne out in them being approved at first submission without any concerns raised by the planning officer.
Application to Change the Windows We retained the services of RCC Town Planning Consultancy to assist us in preparing and submitting a retrospective planning application to change the windows and a couple of other issues in a building that although not listed, apparently fell in the curtilage of neighbouring listed buildings.
