Planning permission granted for residential conversion in Wiltshire

After a very long journey RCC are delighted to have attained planning permission for residential use at this site. This was on of those sites were persistence paid off, plus a change in tactics.

Prior to our involvement our clients had had a number of unsuccessful application at this site, including a dismissed planning appeal. We approached the site by first attaining permission to convert the building on the left to residential use. Once that was approved we submitted a second application to covert the more modern building on the right to residential use with a proposed link structure between the two, as shown in the plan extract below.
