New dwelling approved outside of village boundary in Wiltshire
RCC are delighted to have attained planning permission for these seven dwellings for our client.
Updated

As the site lay outside if the defined settlement boundary new dwellings on this site would be strictly contrary to local and national planning policy. However, RCC and our client (Gaigers), created a strong planning case around the lack of the housing land supply in the area and the provision of two low cost rental properties for the land owner, who were a local charity.
The above CGI image shows how the proposed houses will sit comfortably on the site and will form an attractive development at the entrance to the village.
