Annex building approved in Wiltshire
RCC are please to have attained full planning permission for this good sized annex at our client's property.

RCC have dealt with many annex proposals over the years and we have always found that council planning officers often struggle with the concept when they are anything other than very modest in size. In this instance our client wanted a larger annex for an older relative and we set out a strong case as to why additional space was required. We were delighted when the approval cam through within normal timescales.
